Q1: What is your service about?
All You Can Watch Streaming plan allows you to enjoy new movies from popular JAV sites in one location. You’ll have unlimited streaming access for up to 1080 days for each movie. The "View Limit" varies by plan so please refer to the join page for further details. A 30-day or greater plan will also have full access to Docodemodouga.com at no additional charge. Q2: How does the membership work?
Membership plans are available here. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of its duration. You can cancel anytime here.
Q3: What methods of payment can I use?
We accept credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, JCB and DinersClub. There are no hidden fees and tax is included in the price.
Q4: How do I join?
Visit our Join Page and click on the button for the desired plan to open the Purchase Form. Fill out the form to complete the purchase. Once your order is processed, you will be able to immediately log in using your ID and password.
Q5: I forgot my password. What do I do?
You can reset your password using this form.
Q6: How can I "Upgrade" my plan?
You can upgrade to your favorite plan by paying the difference between your current plan and your favorite plan.
※ If you are in the process of membership cancellation but your membership is still valid, an upgrade is acceptable. However, once your membership expires, you will not be able to upgrade.
※ If you upgrade after the process of membership cancellation, the cancellation process will be terminated, and you will return to being a recurring member.
※ The starting date of the upgraded membership is the day you paid for your last recurring cycle or sign up, not the upgrade day.
Q7: If you are having trouble playing a movie, please try the following.
- Please check the language of the movie page. If you bought your membership in English, please watch it on the English page.
- Change the stream quality.
Find the gear button in the lower right of the player, click it and change the quality setting to a lower bitrate. - Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
Clearing your cache may help your browser run more efficiently. You may also try using a different browser. - Restart your modem and router.
Turn the power off on your modem and router for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. - Restart your computer or device.
Some background applications may slowdown your computer or device. Try disabling unnecessary applications to improve speed. - Turn off security software.
Turn off security software, such as Norton, McAfee, OfficeScan etc. This may improve the stream speed.
※ Be sure to turn it back on after watching movie.
Q8: How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership anytime from here. Once the cancellation is processed, your access to movies will terminate immediately. You will have the option to re-activate your membership within the duration of your original membership.
